Intake.Dental offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible subscriptions from the initial purchase date. The policy covers Solo, Multi-location, and add-on service fees if the platform fails to meet your practice's needs and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
What's refundable
Initial subscriptions
The first month of Solo, Multi-location, and add-on service fees is refundable within 30 days of initial purchase if you request a refund and the platform doesn't meet your requirements.
Monthly charges only
The 30-day guarantee applies only to the initial purchase.
What's not refundable
- Renewal charges after the first billing period
- Completed professional services and custom development
- Third-party fees (Stripe processing, insurance verification, PMS integration)
- Data storage and backup services already rendered
Refund process
Contact support@intake.dental within 30 days with your practice name, subdomain, billing email, and issue description. Our support team attempts technical resolution first. If unresolved, refunds process to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Data handling
Upon cancellation, patient data remains accessible for 30 days for export, then is permanently deleted. Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. Deletion certificates are available for your compliance records on request.
Payment management
Active subscriptions require a valid payment method. Failed charges trigger a 7-day grace period with email notifications before service suspension.
